Strömsund Municipality is now looking for a temporary broadband and digitalization coordinator.

We are looking for a person who wants to contribute to the municipality's development in both digital infrastructure and operational development. The role is strategically important and combines responsibility for the municipality's municipal network with cross-administrative digitalization work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work closely with officials, political leadership, citizens, and external actors. The position consists of two main assignments:

Broadband

• Plan and follow up on the continued expansion of the municipality's fiber network
• Work with investment budgets and grant opportunities
• Be a presenter for political decisions
• Collaborate with commercial actors
• Be the municipality's contact person for broadband issues
• Participate in and coordinate the strategic broadband group
• Work towards national broadband goals

Digitalization

• Lead and drive the cross-administrative digitalization work
• Digitize and develop existing processes
• Support operations in identifying new ways of working
• Drive development and change projects
• Create consensus and strengthen collaboration between administrations

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant university education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent.

Experience

• Experience in digitalization work
• Experience in leading and driving development projects
• Experience from the public sector is an advantage
